If you have a need to return or exchange an item purchased through our website, the following information will help determine the best course of action. |
Applies only to On-Line purchases. We will work with you on a case by case basis to determine the best method to return items purchased through our website. Some items can be returned directly to our store while other items will need special handling instructions that we will provide to you when you request a return. PART 1 - MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS. Missing or damaged items will be replaced in most circumstances. Help us help you by following and understanding these guidelines. Damaged Packaging. Inspect all packages you receive before accepting the delivery. If you think the item may be damaged then you must refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the item was left at your premises, DO NOT OPEN the packaging unless you can properly re-seal the package. Do NOT OPEN/UNROLL ROLL-PACK MATTRESS ITEMS if you find damage such as a deep cut that could affect the product. Call Us First, we want to help! Lost Items. In the event that an item does not reach the delivery address you provided during checkout, we will work with the carrier to determine what happened and get your item to you as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address, received by individual other than yourself, or items stolen after delivery has been made. Incorrect Items Received. DO NOT OPEN the incorrect item. Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. Sometimes a product can change names or be replaced with a new model before we get a chance to update our website. We will try to inform you when this happens before we ship the items to you so you are aware of the change. PART 2 - IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be considered abandoned and you will not receive credit for those items. Shipping & Handling Fees are never refunded. Some items on our website are marked "Ships for Free" and have no shipping charges associated with the item. Other items are marked "Shipping Included" and the shipping costs are included in the retail price displayed. When you checkout - before you pay - any shipping charges will be displayed in the subtotal. When you complete your purchase the receipt that is emailed to you will also show any non-refundable shipping & handling fees. You are responsible for any return shipping fees. To Qualify for a Return or Exchange:
*Some items, like roll-packed mattresses, cannot be re-packaged for return shipment. We will provide instructions on what to do with these items. Once we receive your returned items and have confirmed the items' condition, we will credit the same account you used when making your purchase or apply those funds towards a replacement item. The amount of your refund may be diminished for items that do not meet the qualifications outlined above. |
