When you don't like an item purchased in one of our local stores and want to exchange it for a different model, we have a solution we hope will help. |
Applies only to in-store purchases. Comfort Exchanges typically apply to Mattresses but may also apply to plush furniture and other items that don't meet your expectations. Since we cannot return the item to the manufacturer we consider the item as Used and therefore offer a prorated value for the item being returned. Within 30 days of purchase you could qualify for a credit worth up to 75% of the original price paid for the item you want to exchange. This credit can only be used for the same-day purchase of another item of equal or greater value. The actual credit amount is determined solely at the discretion of the store owner. Special Orders (eg. Custom Size Mattresses) are not exchangeable. To Qualify for a Comfort Exchange:
This Comfort Exchange Credit can only be applied to a replacement item of equal or greater value and will not be applied toward any service fees such as but not limited to delivery fees, shipping fees, etc. |
In-Store Refund Returns |
If you change your mind about a purchase made in one of our local stores. |
Applies only to in-store purchases. Refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of the store manager and are determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not have any obligation to refund your purchase in whole or in part. This does not preclude the possibility of a refund should you decided to cancel or return a purchase made with us. What typically can be returned for a refund:
Items that will not be refunded:
You must present your original receipt(s) at the time you request a refund. No refund or credit will be offered without your original receipt(s). Refunds can only be made in the method of payment of the original sale, unless otherwise approved by the store manager. If you paid by credit card, refunds must be returned to the same card used for the original purchase. Funds returned to your credit card may require several business days to fully process and become available to you, as determined by the associated banks involved with the transaction. Credit Card Transaction Fees may be deducted from the amount refunded. If you paid by check, the original check must first clear through the banks before any refund can be granted. If you paid by cash, your refund may be in form of a company check in lieu of cash. Please call us prior to coming in for a cash or check refund. |
